
Human Resources Leadership Program
The special, post-graduate HR Leadership Program at the School of Inspired Leadership focuses on the unique challenges of managing human capital. There is a balanced focus on Leadership Development, Business Acumen, HR Excellence and Skill Enhancement. Both fresh graduates and working professional can apply for this program.
Curriculum
The curriculum is
designed to quickly and thoroughly prepare participants for a
career in a global business environment. The aim is reflected in
the compressed time frame, reliance on group assignments and a
clear focus on global and contemporary HR themes and challenges. A
key element of our HR Leadership program is the Individual Learning
Plan (ILP). Throughout the duration of the program, students will
be assigned a mentor from the industry, who will help them shape
and progress their learning around their current and future
business roles and around their personal and career goals.
Throughout the program, we supplement classroom learning by
providing a set of experiences and explorations that will help you
understand your own strengths and develop into an effective leader.
Our students are exposed to cutting-edge thought and its
applications, both in and out of the classroom, through a range of
focused learning opportunities available through the school's
leading network with the corporate world.
Our curriculum prepares you to lead by offering a combination of
rigorous fundamentals, practical experience, and the freedom to
explore. Our goal is to provide an educational experience that is

Core Courses
Our core courses are
designed keeping Value Creation, Deployment and Realization as
corner stones.
Value Creation is the goal of business. HR
function to be an effective enabler has to be aligned with the
business strategy of the organization. In order to understand what
value can be created, it is important to determine the business
value drivers and understand the context in which the business
operates and grows. Courses include Global and Indian Business
Environment, Sustainability and Green Capital, and more.
Value Deployment requires a thorough review of
risk mitigation, deployment challenges, an understanding of best
practices and the desired "to be" state, as well as benchmarking
business processes, both inside and outside the industry. These set
the stage for creating a solid business case and return on
investment and they are necessary to achieve stake holder buy-in
and resource allocation for business success. Courses include
organizational Transformation, Talent Modeling and Talent
Deployment, and more.
Value Realization from business decisions is
imperative but how do companies best attain this? This involves
smart implementation, effective delivery and measurement of
business results based on insights into leading practices and
benchmarks. Best value identification, transformation, and
measurement approaches include incorporation of business
objectives, communication and documentation and the use of specific
key performance indicators to measure business success. Courses
include Strategic Reward Management, Industrial Relations, and
more.

Social Innovation Project
The project aims to build awareness and an appreciation of community partnerships, develop leadership capabilities, compassion and empathy, facilitation of teams and assuming responsibility without having authority.
Fees
HR
Leadership Program Fees - Rs. 6.5 lakhs plus service tax if
applicable.
All students will be provided with a laptop (cost included in the
fees). HDFC Bank will grant Education
loan facilities to the students of SOIL.
The loan would require no collateral upto Rs. 7.5 lakhs.
