Dr. Sunita Chugh |
|
A research scholar with about two decades of professional
experience in Consulting, Training and Teaching, Sunita brings to
SOIL expertise in the area of Human
Behaviour and Organization Development. |

Sunita has consulted and trained industry leaders across several
companies including Tata Honeywell, Mercedes Benz (I) Ltd, Castrol,
GE India Ltd, American Express, Bharti Teletech, Motorola and
Pepsi. A Masters in Management Studies from Mumbai University,
Sunita has pursued a Fellow Program in Management from MDI, Gurgaon. |

Adwaita Govind Menon |
|
Adwaita Govind Menon has taught Strategic Management and Social
Research Methods at the post graduate level at XIMB and has also published several papers for global
conferences and journals across disciplines. |
|
Prior to his doctoral education, Adwaita has worked as consultant
to the Department of Water Resources, Govt. of India, implementing
water user associations for self governance. With an engineering
degree in Information Technology and a background in Business Law,
Adwaita brings to SOIL his capability and
strength in Strategic Management studies. |

Dr. Gary Jusela |
|
Dr. Gary brings broad experience in executive education,
large-scale organization development and the design of high
performance program and product teams. He has designed and
implemented comprehensive learning architectures for several
Fortune 100 companies. Prior to launching his own firm, Dr. Gary
was a Partner with New York-based Mercer Delta Consulting, serving
clients throughout the world with organization design, business
transformation, leadership development and coaching. Prior to
joining Mercer Delta, he served as Vice President and Chief
Learning Officer of The Home Depot, prior to which he was Chief
Learning Officer of Lucent Technologies. He also served as Vice
President of Organization Effectiveness for Cisco Systems and as
Chief Learning Officer for the joint venture of Royal Dutch Shell
where he designed the company's learning system and knowledge
management activities, managed an organizational effectiveness
consulting practice, and designed the "Leadership Laboratory for
Competing in the New Economy." Dr. Gary spent 11 years with the
Boeing Company in Seattle, culminating in his appointment as Vice
President of Organization and Executive Development. He received
his MA and PhD in Organizational Behavior from Yale University and
his BS in Psychology from the University of Michigan. |

Stephanos George Eapen |
|
Having spent a decade in research and consulting, and focusing on
innovation in the field of management and strategy, Stephanos has
worked in healthcare/pharmaceuticals, electronics, software and
infrastructure industries. As a member of the Blue Ocean Strategy
(BOS) Network, he has worked with Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne in
the development and delivery of BOS
Programmes and Seminars for Executive Development. |

He co-founded Strategy Regeneration a group that uses the
BOS to run 'in company' workshops. He is
an MBA from INSEAD, currently working with the Centre for Social
Innovation at INSEAD, developing an
approach to adapt BOS methodology to
issues around Sustainability and challenges at the Base of the
Pyramid. |

Suzie Roy |
|
Initiated to Yoga through the International Sivananda Yoga School
in Kerala, India, Suzie completed basic and advanced training
programs. She continued her studies with several international
teachers from different yoga traditions. She has done intensive
workshops with international teachers such as her own teacher
Mansoor with whom she has been working since 1999 in India and
Switzerland (residential 8 day retreats three times a year), with
Bob Smith in the USA, Clive Sheridan in
the UK and most recently with Aadil Palkivala in the USA. |

Basic postures, breathing and relaxation techniques form the core
of her teaching of Yoga practice. Also included are techniques
leading to meditation. She holds a BSc. Hon. Dietetics from the
University of Stellenbosch, South Africa and a Diploma in Hospital
Dietetics from the University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa
City. |

and as President of the Global Creativity Corporation. He has been

consultants worldwide. |

books of the year in the USA by Executive
Book Summaries. A Guest Faculty member at Stanford University
Graduate School of Business, he consulted and delivered keynotes in
India, China, Japan, Singapore, Czechoslovakia, England, France,
Holland, Canada, and the USA. His clients
included AT and T, Charles Schwab, Chevron, Disney Institute,
DuPont, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Kraft

Dr. William H. Davidson |
|
William was a tenured professor at USC
from 1985 to 1996. He was acknowledged as the most widely cited
academic in the field of international management during 1985-1995
by the Journal of International Business Studies. His book 2020
Vision was selected as the Best Business Book of the year by
Fortune Magazine in 1992. He has written seven other books on
management, including The Amazing Race. His latest book,
Breakthrough, was published by John Wiley Press in 2004. |

He founded MESA Inc., a management
consulting firm with clients covering half the Fortune 100
companies. MESA was acquired by Deloitte
and Touche in 1996. As partner Bill held global leadership
responsibilities in management consulting. Revenues in his business
unit increased nine-fold, as a result of an aggressive global
growth strategy. After Deloitte, he started MESA Research, which focuses on delivery of global
growth strategies. A founding member of the International
University of Japan and a founding faculty member of the Dalian
Institute in the PRC, he remains involved
in China. He earned an A.B. in economics, an M.B.A. and a doctorate
in business administration from Harvard University. |

Dr. Francois Dupuy |
|
A former partner with Mercer Delta, a global organization strategy
and change management firm, Francois is a former faculty member at
the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and at
INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. The author
of ten books including Sharing Knowledge, The Chemistry of Change,
and The Customer's Victory, he won the Manpower Award in 1999 for
the latter. His latest book Le Fatigue des Elites was published in
2006. |

Francois works with multinational corporations to identify
organizational barriers to successful change and business growth.
The diagnostic process illuminates the organizational context
(place) and practice (behavior) that is preventing successful
adoption and implementation of business objectives. He has worked
with top management teams in Air France, Air Liquide, Bobst

(UK), Electrabel (Belgium), France Telecom, Fortis Bank (Belgium),

An executive educator at INSEAD Advanced
Management rogram and multiple custom programs for organizations
around the world, his teaching evaluations at INSEAD place him among the top 10% of all program
faculty. He received a BA in History from La Sorbonne in 1969, a BA
and MBA in Political Science at the
Institut d'Etudes Politiques (1971 and 1973 respectively). He also
graduated from the Salzburg Seminar in American Studies in 1974 and
the Paris School of Journalism in 1971. |

Dr. Kingshuk Sinha |

With an interest in the area of operations management, Dr. Sinha is
currently researching digital technology operations. The journals
he has contributed to include Production and Operations Management,
Organization Science, Journal of Operations Management and Academy
of Management Journal. Winner of many awards for best papers, he is
currently Professor of Management Science at Curtis L. Carlson
Family Foundation teaching courses on Technology management in the
area of supply chain. Dr. Sinha has completed his engineering
degree from Indian School of Mines and has completed his MS and
Ph.D from the University of Texas, Austin. |

Dr. Avner Ben-Ner |
|
A Ph.D from SUNY at Stonybrook in
Economics, Dr. Avner is a Professor at the Center for Human
Resources and Labour Studies. His research interests are in the
area of Organization design and Behavioral Economics. For almost
three decades he has held various positions at the Carlson Business
School, University of Minnesota. He is also a visiting faculty at
Central European University at Budapest. Listed in the Who's Who in
Economics (Edward Elgar, Third Edition, 1999), this distinguished
professor has been a speaker at many international conferences and
a recipient of many awards and grants for his research and teaching
accomplishments. Dr. Avner started his distinguished career with
the President's award for excellence in teaching, even as a
graduate student in 1980. |

Lushin Dubey |
|
As a seasoned teacher for drama and a veteran in the field of
theatre, Lushin Dubey brings to SOIL the
unique experience of teaching using theatre techniques. In 1986 she
set up Kids world with her cousin Bubbles Sabharwal, a pioneer of
youth theatre in India. In 1999 she produced 'Othello' and played
the role of 'Desdemona' in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where it
won the Fringe First. Her mono-act, "Untitled" directed by Arvind
Gaur, has traveled to the US and Edinburgh and has completed 300
shows globally. Lushin did her MSc in 'Childhood and Special
Education' in the US after a Masters in History from Delhi, India
and has been deeply involved in teaching differently abled
children. |

Renu Mattoo |
|
Renu Mattoo has taught Organization Behavior to post graduate
management students at XLRI, Jamshedpur
for nearly 16 years. In addition to her teaching responsibilities
she was also faculty head for placement. She is a column
contributor on `Business Etiquette' to India's premier HR journal'
'Human Capital'. After having presented papers at Indian and
International seminar, she is currently giving her final touches to
her book on Personal Effectiveness. Renu has graduated in English
(Hons.) from Delhi University, and a Post Graduate from
XLRI, Jamshedpur and her expertise lies
in the areas of Global Business Etiquette and Presentation and
Communication Skills. |
