What a great “lesson” ;-) There are so many bad presentations i’m forced to look at… From now on i will show this to every single presenter who tortures me!

    Hello Peter:

Thanks for sharing this great presentation. Overall, it is giving nice, brief and very practical information for presentation skills for many students, businessmen (especially for marketers and salespeople….even for CEOs), teachers, religious leaders. The context is giving good lesson and emotional parts of human-beings, but you are advertising a book as well!

“Rule of thumb” has a great value in this presentation. Dr. John Medina’s quotes are giving wonderful lessons for people from all walks of life. Let’s remember 3 golden rules and put in our lives. -Exercise boosts brain power -People don’t like boring things -Let’s appeal to people’s vision

I found out very interesting in this presentation for the fact that many professors, and salespeople I met are doing a hell-mistake during their presentations. This hell-mistake break the rule #2 completely, because they are really boring and unfortunately only reading the exactly the same things they wrote at their powerpoint presentations. They don’t pay attention to “attention span of a human being which is only 18 min”...just to finish the classes or sales presentations soon, they take people’s time non-stop for about 1,5 hr or 2 hour. Then they expect everybody to remember everything. Then they aren’t successful for selling their products or lost contacts of current dealers…. They only eat people’s brain cells and people don’t have any oxygen to think or give feedback. Brain rules don’t work, because people are ended up as brainless. No BRAIN, No RULES.

I enjoyed it, and agree many points in your presentation, Peter! kind regards, oznur
