17: Moving house? Watch first the video!
Imagine you move to another
town or city and there would be a real estate agency which doesn't
just take care of the search for your new home but provides you
lots of other relevant information. For example, the closest
primary school for your kid, your nearest bank branch, the closest
post office and pharmacy, grocery stores, fruits and vegetable
market, bus station, train station, dentist, hairdresser/barber
etc.
Furthermore, let's say you move really far away and you would like to see the house and the environment without having to go there personally on the internet. How great would it be if there would be a video that would show you every single room in the house in a detailed manner and also the surrounding area. Unfortunately, all you see in the internet or in newspapers are some pictures, if at all. No video, no additional useful information…… A real estate agency offering this could really have an edge over its competitors.
