We all want success in life. We want success in our home life, business life, and in our relationships with others. The most important single factor that guarantees our success in every aspect of our lives is having a positive attitude. Without a positive attitude success is not possible. Earl Nightingale call attitude "the magic word."

You will never attract positive things into your life if all of your thoughts are negative. Just as a magnet attracts anything metal our minds attract the things we think about most. Your mind will always seek to turn the things you think about most into physical reality. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote, "A man becomes what he thinks about, most of the time."

Everyone of us has two different minds, the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind is our thinking, which uses logic, deduction, reason, and sound judgment to make its decisions. Your choices in life are made by the conscious mind.

The subconscious mind lies outside your conscious mind. It has access to data, information, and ideas outside your own experience. Your subconscious mind works 24 hours a day and it is the source of all examples of pure creativity, problem solving, and goal achievement. It is a magical part of your mind. The part of your mind where genius lies.

Our subconscious mind is not able to distinguish between positive and negative thoughts. So, if you tell yourself something often enough your subconscious will eventually come to believe it. If you repeat something often enough whether it be positive or negative it will become your reality. This is because your subconscious mind constantly strives to attract the material equivalent of your most frequent and prominent thoughts.

It is impossible for a negative mind to attract positive things. If you're thinking about problems constantly you will find them. Is it possible to overcome negative and pessimistic thinking with positive thoughts? You bet it is! And it's something which can be easily learned.

It's all a matter of conditioning. You can train your mind to think positive thoughts the same way you can learn anything else. The way to do this, is to remove any negative thoughts one at a time until there are none left. And for each negative thought that you remove, you then plant a new and positive thought in its place. You then nurture those positive thoughts until there is no room for any negative thoughts to grow. Then, make a habit of stopping a negative thought any time it appears and replacing it with a positive thought. For example, replace, "I can't do it" with "I can do it" and you'll find your attitude and your life will greatly improve.

Positive thoughts will lead you to financial success and it will help you find the true riches of life for yourself and your family. So whatever it is in life that you want, you must begin today to become a "positive thinker." Once you do this your future success will be unlimited.

"People form habits and habits form futures". Why are habits so powerful? Well, here is the truth about that statement. Habits are our comfort zone. We feel safe within our habits whether they are good habits or bad habits. We get that Warm and fuzzy feeling when we adorn ourselves in our habits. That is true even when they are uncomfortable habits. Habits become our security blanket.

You may ask, "OK, when we are comfortable that's great but when we are feeling lousy about our conditions, why do we keep doing the same old habit?" We continue doing the old habits because it is harder to change them into new ones than keep the old ones. Why is that? F E A R. is the answer. The saying, "False Expectations Appearing Real" applies. "Forget Everything And Run", the "fight or flight" syndrome can fit this analogy. Fear of failure: We already know what we are doing and that is better than experiencing an unknown factor. You just don't know what you will get if and when you change a habit.

It has been said that it takes 21-days to create a habit but my own stats reveal that it is actually 30-days initially. You have to repeat that habit for another 30-days to reinforce it and again for 30-days to get a residual benefit. That's 90-days. Does that seen like a lifetime to you? I hope not because it is not. It is a lifestyle change only.

Do you want to lose weight, get healthier, make more money, get a better job or find that perfect love-one? Take one day at a time, change your attitude and become 1% better than the day before. You may also ask, "Only 1 percent?" Yes, a 1% attitude shift will allow you to attain miracles. Change your ATTITUDE and CHANGE your LIFE. See yourself as the change that you are going after. Be the change that you want to see. Get a Vision, Make a Decision, Change your Habits, Use a strategy that has worked for others and Take immediate intense Actions by using small baby steps daily. Write down your plans. Work your Plan. Finally, Celebrate your new 1% successes each and every day.

The difference between winning and losing in most competitions is less than 1% or even 100th of a percent. Think of this, if you get 1% better each day for 90 days you will become 90% better in every 90-day cycle. Every year has four 90-day cycles; summer, fall, winter and spring. It's that natural and you can do it. It's your gift from Mother Nature.

Intention: Say, "This Year 2009 is My time to Shine. "Let Your Light Shine In 2009" That's your new motto. Say, "I am healthier, in better shape, physically, mentally and spiritually than ever before And I am getting better and better everyday. I have a Dream and I live for that Dream everyday. Miracles are on their way.

I believe that everything that happens in our lives has its own purposes. Sometimes, one situation leads to another. Thus we have to treat our fears as our teacher that leads us to overcome the past embarrassments and failures, finally they will be our main powerful tools in both self help and success.

Now here is the question, when does self help become synonymous with success? How can I improve my life? Take these tips, my friends:

1. Don't ever thinking about you previous failures, because that's not your fault, It happens to everyone .Do try to accept your insider part of yourself before expecting others to accept you!

2. Whenever you see people feeling so bad and low about them, help them, yes help them moving up. Don't go at that direction and down with them. That pull you down further and things will end up worse.

3. When you see a successful person or models on TV, think more on self help, not self pitying . Self esteem is not just about having nice slender legs, or great abs. Concentrate on your talent and your inner beauties.

4. Be patience. Nothing happens over night. Self help is a long time process.

5. The whole world is like a classroom not a lab for our mistakes. Don't blame yourself and doomed for weeks just because you failed on a physic exam .Always there will be another chance. Make more room for self help.

6. Self help affects your inner stability, and cause personal development. Self esteem, self confidence and self appreciation all together means success.

7. What seems a little thing may mean an enormous problem to other people? Very often, we don't realize the fact that the little things that we do like saying hi Jim or hello Barbara brings what a great karma. Just by greeting someone good afternoon or telling your girlfriend something like hey, I love your haircut we push a great positive impact to other people. When we are being appreciative about positive and beautiful things around our family and friends, we also become beautiful to them.

8. Set reasonable and achievable goals. Self help doesn't turn you to be the another copy of Tom Cruise or a new Rihanna although it may do. It brings hope and aims you to achieve an improved life.

9. Finally when accept changes and go through the process of self help, just do understand that not everyone is going to that too. We need to accept different people around us. Very often, even if you think you and your love always like to do the same thing together or at the same time, she would probably doesn't accept an invitation for self help.

And don't forget the fact that there's no way to a quick overnight success. Don't forget things that you have in your life is the one you once wished for. Don't forget the law of the attraction either. When you try and really want to do a job things will change for you. When we open our doors for self help, we will drive in the road of success.
