Tip #15: If you are having trouble sleeping and or getting the proper amount of sleep, it may be best to sleep alone. Sleep generally moderates alot of your body so that you can be calm and relaxed for the majority of the day. If you find yourself becoming aggravated quickly it may be due to lack of sleep. Or not.
