Harvey Stalker in his talk on Quality Improvement: The Professional Imperative used the picture of “my secret garden”, everyone´s in the system hidden behind fence and gate, no one letting in … A metaphor for all the flowering cooperative potentials still awaiting in/for schools/schools´ learning processes. Ethos, Atmosphre, Ambition, Spirit, Partnership are needed for internal and external evaluation processes, which – interesting! – have the same tools!
