About Me
Dr. Morneau is a faculty chair of information technology for the BS IT program in the School of Undergraduate Studies at Capella University and specializes in software, network and security technology. He is a consultant in IT Education, whether it is pedagogical or technological. He was an assistant professor and program head in information systems technology at Northern Virginia Community College. He was awarded a $250K grant in 2000 to launch a network security certificate program that became a regional and national model at the community college level. He also worked with the Commonwealth of Virginia to secure two grants for the NSF ATE program for a combined total of $1 million dollars.
He has a BS in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, a MS in Electrical Engineering from George Mason U., and an EdD in Educational Technology from Pepperdine U.
