    Hello my name is….. Matilda.. I’m currently travelling in Brazil since 6 weeks and I am writing an autobiography about my stepfather and partly about myself growing up with him as a panorama and crazy guide into life. He lived 25 years in South America, during the 40:s, 50:s and 60:s. He was the chief engineer and planner for the renovation and modernisation of the railway system between Chile, Peru and Bolivia. But he was also a passionate traveller and adventurer, that spoke six languages fluently and threw himself fearless around the world. In the mid 60:s he started to develop Schizophrenia, and without realizing that he was sick, he went back to Sweden. He ended up with my mother and lured me in a sick, crazy and sometimes fantastic world of madness and beauty. At least he made sure that I had nothing in common with my contemporaries. I’m also a teacher, giving courses in Social Science and Culture- and Designhistory in Upper Secondary School in Stockholm, Sweden.

  2. From the lesson Pythagorean Theorem can save your Marriage

    I will test this on one of my pupils I teach in a detox. Have tried different angles to put this lesson through, but not the councelor angle. As long as the angles touch it’s still a relationship though the adjacent is unknown. But one has to have atleast one angle in touch….otherwise no teaching. Great way to do it! Thank you!

    I don’t know much about Mindfulness, I do know about meditation. I trained yoga and meditation on and off for about 30 years since I was 15. Breathing, being, be aware without interaction, without judgement. To realize that the opposite to anger is patience. But I still have a lot of fear and suffering without no obvious reason. I’d like to know if mindfulness can teach me something new or if I can add the lessons to what I already know.
