I would say as long as someone can proof that he/she has a list of various significant achievements in every previous company I would hire a job hopper. But I would make sure that the employee will sign a contract in which he/she would commit to the job for a certain minimum of time, in order to avoid that the person leaves before an important project is completed.

Your opinion regarding business etiquette training is very interesting and for me always enriching to hear about other people’s experiences, Michelle. A lot of companies could learn from them!

Well, I would say as long as they stay together as a couple I don’t care how many they give birth to or adopt. It would just be sad, if – as so many other celebrity and normal couples – one day they would break up. Not a nice experience for any child…..

Some other ideas that came into my mind today:

• Automatic transfer of positive comments to the personal community leader’s praisebook: What about adding to the words “Quote” and “Report” which appear in discussions, etc. another word—> “Move”? In this case the community leader (only!) can automatically move a positive comment made by a member for a lesson, test, course or whatsoever to his personal “PraiseBook” (should that idea obviously be implemented…..). It would help the community leader to collect quickly all positive feedback in one place, again similar to the idea of testimonials…..

• Polls: People who might be interested in writing books, articles, or students who are working on their dissertations might be interested in making surveys among their members. What about offering that option too? (Similar to the one on Learnhub’s main page, currently the one who asks about the favourite second language….)

Well, company’s shares would also be an option :-)
