Definitely NCERT is the best resource to build upon your concepts. Also, try not to just remember the concepts, instead you must understand the concept and this will help you to develop a passion for learning. Also, the basic concepts that you learn at this stage will play a crucial role in determining your chances of cracking JEE, AIEEE and BITSAT in future. So, try not to concentrate just on the marks but also learn and understand the concepts. Besides NCERT books you must go through books exclusively on some important topics of Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

Hi,

This is strange. If you are good with DI, the medium of exam should not be a problem. What about your calculation speed and approximation speed? These are the crucial factors that will determine your chances of clearing cut offs in DI. The best way to improve on this is to practice more number of online DI tests.

Most of the colleges consider either GATE score or conduct their own entrance tests. The best way to find out this is to go through the website of the respective college.

Yes, the first statement gives d =1 and second statement gives b = 0. So it is not possible to conclude from the second statement alone.

Hi,

Your 10th and 12th percentages are definitely a bit below than most of the students who make it in to IIMs. But you can compensate this by putting up a good performance in CAT and post CAT activities. Also, your work experience in IBM will definitely help you in realizing your dream.

Definitely NCERT books are good resources to build your knowledge. As one of our user suggested try not to remember the concepts instead understand them completely. Also, you must go through books beyond NCERT to learn the concepts completely.

Hi,

We have taken 3^3 = 27. When 27 is divided by 25, the remainder is 2. We have taken 2 and proceeded further. We raised 2 to the power 10 which is 1024 and this when divided by 25 the remainder is 24 but we have taken it as -1
