About Me
I am a professional trainer and developer, running my own training company specialising in Attitudinal and Adult Learning in organisations. My specialism (and research area) is learning theory and application which I lecture, talk and appear in the media on. I am dyslexic, so my spelling is just appalling, but I try! I have developed the Attitudinal Based Learning methodology being used in a number of companies. Happy, energetic and passionate about what I believe in.
