If Manchester United lost against Tottenham, we could be talking about something else. How on earth the Spurs blew a 2 goal lead is beyond me. This was the game that placed United firmly on top.

Too many draws for Liverpool have placed a strain on the club. Just when United seem to slow down, they kick it up a notch. Liverpool should be on top but they are not playing well at home.

No matter who won, Liverpool or Chelsea, the task is daunting because Barcelona are tough. Chelsea deserved to move on because of the first leg. Tomorrow will be solid.

YES! United look weak and are slowly faltering. Liverpool have a fantastic chance at winning the league. Exciting stuff to look forward to.

The Reds will have nothing to play for but the league. They will have a great opportunity to win the league if they continue their fine league form.

Wow what a great two days of Champions League.

Great first leg action, same time next week.

No matter the loss, United came back to knock off Villa.

Gotta love Newcastle’s move, Alan Shearer is the new manager. He is getting a million for 8 games and another mill if he keeps the team up. Not too shabby.

I cannot wait another week for the drama to unfold. It will be tough to watch Chelsea play Liverpool but well worth it.

After this international “break” the United squad will bounce back.

I agree, that is the best action of the bunch. They should have had Chelsea – Arsenal, United – Liverpool so the drama would be intensified eight times over

Not sure if Chelsea boss Guus will stick around after the season. This may depend on whether Russia qualify for the WC
