Yeah Ashley lost the club because he lost the fans. In European football if you do not have the supporters on your side you have no club. He f’d up and took the supporters for granted. Once these supporters turned on him, he had not choice but to place the club for sale.
This is not like sports in the states where no matter what the owner does, the fans come.
You are correct mate, there will be some heavy spending to come with Man City leading the way. There are so many rumors flying around that many are false but come the transfer window in January, it will be on…
Damn that Torres is good for Liverpool. all the credit in the world goes to the Liverpool striker for scoring at will
Yes the Champions League will be back in form shortly midweek and the group stages have gone accordingly
I would be extremely happy if I were a Liverpool fan. They have the depth and talent to compete and so far you could not have asked for a better start in the league. Its still early though and there is so much drama left to unfold
Back in the saddle after some time off..
Chelsea go into the weekend in top form, at the top of table but they have many injuries
Liverpool are just behind Chelsea and are playing solid football, they look like a serious contender
Man Utd are getting their act together and are climbing towards the top 4.
Arsenal are up and down but battling, they are too young and lack experience
Another matchday is upon us, Saturday and Sunday

I do not think Ronaldo, who left AC Milan to go back to Brazil will join Manchester City. No way, not this late in his career and just coming back from injury.
The Canadian sides is getting better and it will take time before the team gets to another level. It took the US a long time and its something that does not happen overnight. Great effort though.
Mike Ashley wants out of Newcastle and is willing to sell the club for the right price. He has lost the respect of the people and the supporters want him out
Chelsea and Manchester United will play on Sunday. Should be a dandy

Well, I definately can’t complain now. Sorry to disappoint some people, but somehow Liverpool’s on top now, after a victory against Chelsea.
But I get the feeling this won’t necessarily last long… things can change fast.
