Work in Business Development for LearnHub in Dallas, Texas. Plan to work with Universities in this area to help them find good international students that are interested in coming to the US to attend college. Would like to see many schools in this region meet their diversity goals and be of help in that. Would also like to learn more about the Indian culture and some of the history of that part of the world.
My heroes are Abraham Lincoln who rose from the back country of Illinois, Martin Luther King who showed true leadership, and am inspired by others who have done the right thing for their countries and the world too.
Have read some great things lately by David McCullough including 1776, Truman, and Mornings on Horseback about Teddy Roosevelt. The Snowball about Warren Buffett is my current read. The music of Springsteen, U2, Miles Davis, Van Morrison, Neil Young and many others ranks high.
Have had many sales awards I am proud of, but am honored to have worked in education related business throughout my career
