I work on a target based profile – target of usually 250 – 300 candidates per month.Identifying all the open positions by liaising with all the concerned HR personnel at different locations in the state.Identifying the desired candidates by comprehensively searching for them on job portals.Telephonic calls to desired candidates for setting up interviews.Initial screening of the candidates – to check their communication skills & fitment to job profile.Take the first round of interview before setting them up for the managerial round of interview.Perform the joining formalities for the selected candidates.Comprehensive reporting (location wise) – All open positions, positions filled, positions vacant.
