  12. From the discussion Algebra used in daily life?

    Thu, 16 Oct 2008 16:28:58 -0000

As a common man, there is the application of algebra to a great extend although you might not want to do the “low level stuff” such as integration and differenciation. what i mean is, you just doesn’t note the area equation you use-or the volume equation- or even the velocity- all these come out of algebra or calculus. so i think you’re not knowing where all you use maths… from simple calculations to logcal assumptions you’re using maths!

  16. From the discussion Which engineering branch is coolest?

    Sat, 11 Oct 2008 05:39:45 -0000

Chemical Engineering deals with basics of almost all other core engineering subjects-mechanical, civil, etc. Also, this branch deals mainly with fluid dynamics and thermo dynamics…and about designing of chemical plants… maybe becaue I’m interested in the fluid stuff..nyway I Hope chemical engineering is the coolest branch of engineering…

Of course, software field is so challenging and exciting. But the main problem is that it advances so quickly that you won’t know even if you’re out of the whole game
