    The answer should be Col:A is greater.As price of 8cent stamps=40,=>Price of 5 cent stamp=45,So no of 8cent stamp=5=Col B,No of 5 cent Stamp=9=Col A.As any other solution is not possible ,bcoz here we have find the multiple of 8,which after deduction from total amount will give multiple of 5.And here the only multiple of 8 is 40,which is giving the feasible soln.
