About Me
I, Njoku, Onyemauwa Jonah is a graduate of Computer Science has a B. Sc.(Hons) with Second Class Honors (Upper Division) from the famous and prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Upon my graduation, I proceeded to serve my country Nigeria in a one year compulsory service known as National Youth Service Corp with one of the fastest growing commercial banks Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and still on it now.
I am applying for masters in Information System Management in any University in United Kingdom. My reason for applying for this course is to enable get down to know how to management the information we use everyday in carrying out our daily routine work in our different establishments. This management of information covers all areas which include education, health care, recreation, agriculture, commerce and industry, power and energy, mineral resources etc.
I have passion to serve my Nigeria, Africa and the world at large. It was this drive to serve that made me volunteer to work with a non governmental organization Flaunt Africa as an Event Manager to actualize the dream of helping the poor, the needy and less privileged in the area of education, health care and economy.
Knowing my worth and what I can do, I will like to study information System Management in my masters to enhance and improve my desire for professionalism and productivity and also joining hands with my country Nigeria in making sure the Vision 20 2020 of making Nigeria one of the top leading economy by 2020 is a reality immediately I complete my studies and come back.
I was able to carry out a charity work through a US based non governmental organization, Flaunt Africa. This project that was carried out in a remote village in Abia state involved giving educational materials schools (Ozuitem Central School, Ozuitem) and also carrying out a free malaria treatment for both adults and children. This project which i successfully carried out with my team cost us over N1,800,000. As the event manager i was the happiest because that was the first time i handled such a large project and it was a success.
