    this lesson is great. according to me it should have specified in 2nd point.. that a person should have balanced diet.. Because nowerdays people get more stressed out thinking what’s right to eat and what’s not. and lastly.. one should see themself in mirror and say “I will succeed”. many people lose confidence when things go wrong and get stressed out.. this tecnique of looking to mirror helps.
