Then before applying for any universities, you have to send your all attested report cards to Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute (ACEI) for evaluation and also a permission letter. They have $160 unrefundable fee for this service and your evaluation process will take take upto 15-16 days. Without this any university will not process your application for admission. English is more tougher that math. There is no end for English vocabulary. Math is interesting and funny sometimes.
