About Me
The Story Behind Roots to WingsTM
A child is similar to a small plant in many ways. Just like a plant develops properly only when the roots get the right nourishment, a child needs the right nurturing during the formative years. It is a proven fact that pre-schools are the first educational level for the child. It is here that the child’s roots are nurtured and nourished. If these roots grow strong, from them will emerge the wings of freedom, confidence, creativity, dreams and this will shape the future of the child. Roots to Wings TM derives its philosophy from the basic principles of life. It is inspired by nature and through the experiences and knowledge we have gained while on our journey to childhood. Every experience was unique and worth taking a note. Every child we spoke to was a discovery. Every day that passed by was a reassurance that our cause for the children of today is pure and noble. Roots to Wings TM provides the children with the culturally appropriate environment, values, love and protection needed for a healthy body, mind and soul.
