    well in my opinion it is’nt..as compared to the earlier times,Indian cinema has become way more experimental and open to new ideas…A lot of aspects of life which were considered a taboo to be discussed in the society are being taken up by the directors to basically broaden the horizon of the Indian audiences…And if you compare the popular cinema with the good cinema then one can find that there is a particular kind of audience which is increasing by the day which is committed to that kind cinema..

    Well i do some peotry in my spare time and i realised that when i am sometimes feeling low or i m really distressed and depressed about sumthing, the quality of the what comes out is more than satisfactory…! Its wierd but i dont feel like writting something when i am elated but I guess I have started using it as a way to come out of the mental disturbances. I think its a really nice escape! its easy and fulfilling…. Everybody should give it a try..

    Going through all that has been mentioned above I would say just one thing that it is not just the looks that matter in any kind of profession but the over all personality. Only a good face cant make you pass the interview until u have the wits and the ability to judge what the job and the person in authority demands. It depends only on the over all package. much desired qualities in a candidate are confidence, communication skills, and convincing power and efficiency and other much wanted things are tested in the long run. What actually matters is the way you present yourself and the way you convince the person on the other side of the table and not just the pretty face.
